In the production process of sulfuric acid, whether it is using pyrite or sulfur as raw materials, the sulfuric acid concentration of a number of key links needs to be monitored, including the concentration of dry acid, first absorption acid, second absorption acid, finished acid, and the concentration of high temperature sulfuric acid at the diluter outlet, heater outlet and preheater outlet of the waste heat recovery stage. 1, portable and easy to operate
The device uses conductivity measurement technology to accurately analyze sulfuric acid concentration. Simply place the Teflon measuring container with sulfuric acid in the measuring area, connect it to the aviation plug at the top, and get a sulfuric acid concentration reading in 10 to 30 seconds. After use, pour the sulfuric acid and clean the container without complicated steps.
2, wide measurement range
The portable acid concentration analyzer has a resolution of up to 0.01% and an accuracy of 0.05%, covering a measurement range of 96% to 100% or 0% to 5% (see Table 1 for details). It is important to note that ambient humidity may affect its performance, as concentrated sulfuric acid may increase measurement error by absorbing water after sampling.
