According to the data, during the operation of the sulfur acid making unit, the proportion of unplanned shutdown caused by the sulfonic gun problem is as high as more than 30%, which is far higher than other common problems such as machine pump failure, static equipment leakage and electrical instrument failure. The reason why the failure rate of sulfonate gun is high is not only related to the design, but also closely related to the quality control in the manufacturing process. High quality sulfonate gun not only needs to be perfect in design, but also needs to implement strict quality management in the manufacturing process. In this way, the failure rate of the sulfonate gun during use can be effectively reduced, and the shutdown caused by the failure of the sulfonate gun can be avoided during long-term operation of the device, thus providing a solid guarantee for stable production and reducing economic losses.

In order to promote the further improvement of the manufacturing quality management system of high-efficiency sulphate gun products, our company was honored to invite the expert group of China Quality Certification Center in August 2024 to conduct the first comprehensive audit on the design and production process of high-efficiency sulphate gun used in sulfur acid burning furnace. According to the standards of the quality management system, the expert group conducted in-depth professional questions, and carried out a careful inspection of the relevant documents and records. In addition, they also conducted rigorous supervision and audit of the adaptability and effectiveness of the company's functional department management system, and provided valuable guidance. The active collaboration of all staff ensured the smooth conduct of the audit.

1, sulfonate gun test Sulfonate gun test is a powerful means to verify the manufacturing quality of efficient sulfonate gun and whether it meets the design performance. Therefore, in order to ensure that the high efficiency sulfonate gun meets the quality standards of the company, we have developed the corresponding inspection process, and designed and manufactured a special sulfonate gun test device. The device is capable of testing five key performance indicators of the gun, including pressure, atomization Angle, atomization distance, atomization particle size, and atomization flow rate.

The sulfonate gun test device uses water as the test medium and is equipped with a multistage centrifugal variable frequency pump as the power source, which can provide a working pressure of 0 to 2MPa and a working flow rate of 0 to 16 tons/hour. In order to ensure the accuracy of the gun test, we use mass flowmeters and pressure and differential pressure transmitters from Siemens. Since the sulfonate gun test device was put into use, we have customized and developed highly efficient sulfonate guns for many well-known chemical enterprises in China, including Tian 'an Chemical, Sinochem Third Ring, Hubei Yihua Phosphorus Chemical, etc. Through a rigorous testing process, we optimized key parameters such as atomization Angle, flow rate and length to meet the specific needs of these companies' sulfur furnace structures.
